A Nonprofit Focused on 3 Cs:
Children, Cancer, Community

When people are in need, their needs are best served by those that know them best: The community around them. The goal of DCG Giving is to offer financial and structural support to local child and adolescent cancer programs and to assist patients and their families, all across the country.

From the beginning, we knew we wanted these “3 Cs” to remind us of our priorities.

  • Children need our support and compassion, for the good of everyone.
  • Cancer causes widespread suffering, not only for those who are sick, but their families and friends.
  • Community is what supports us all and makes the best intervention possible.

Maximizing our Legacy by Giving Back

The organizations that benefit from DCG Giving’s funding are all members of the Children’s Oncology Group, the world’s largest organization conducting cancer research specifically for children and adolescents. Each of these local child and adolescent cancer programs is at the forefront of research and clinical care and has a unique connection to patients and families in its own community. These institutions are best-equipped to address their needs, and they are a part of a worldwide network that is united in the fight to cure and prevent all types of childhood cancer.
